- I just purchased my pass, what steps do I need to take next?
- Before you can make park reservations or access Passholder benefits, your pass must be linked to your MyDisney account. Visit “My Tickets & Passes” in the My Disney Experience app to view your pass. If you purchased your Annual Pass in person or over the phone, you may still need to link your pass to your MyDisney account. There are 2 ways to link your pass to yourself—or to a member of your party. Link a Pass Via This Website If you purchased your pass in person, please locate the Annual Pass ID number on the back of your physical Annual Pass card. If you do not have a physical Annual Pass card, please locate your order confirmation number. Type the ID number or order confirmation number into this form. Assign the Annual Pass to yourself or someone else on your Family & Friends list. Or, Link a Pass Via the App Open the My Disney Experience app. In the main menu, tap “My Tickets & Passes." Tap the + symbol at the top of the screen, then tap “Link Tickets & Passes” and follow the instructions to link a pass. Validate Your Pass Once your pass is linked, open the My Disney Experience app and view your pass under “My Tickets & Passes.” Prior to using your pass, it may indicate you need to visit a theme park ticket window to show identification. Each Passholder will need to be present and all adult Passholders will need to provide valid government-issued identification. Florida Residents will need to provide proof of residency if not submitted during an online purchase or if a pass was purchased over the phone. - Discounts When Visiting the Theme Parks To receive your Passholder discount when making purchases, just present your Annual Pass ID in the Tickets and Passes section of your My Disney Experience app and a valid government-issued photo ID. Discounts When Using Our Website and Mobile Apps To receive Passholder discounts and benefits for which you are eligible when using disneyworld.com or the My Disney Experience app, please link your Annual Pass or passes to your MyDisney account.
