This will allow the Disney team to start looking for your item. Once you fill out the online form you will receive an email notification with your Lost Item claim number. Our team will continue to look for your item and provide you with an email update within 48 hours. We recognize your item is important to you and will contact you if we believe we have found it or need further information.
