Are gratuities included with dining plans?

No. Gratuities are not included, except at Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue and Cinderella’s Royal Table. Please note that: An additional form of payment is needed if you add gratuity and have not provided a credit card at check-in to charge incidentals and other expenses to your room. An 18% gratuity will automatically be added to your bill for parties of 6 or more. An automatic gratuity charge may also be added to your bill for certain items you order that are not included in the Disney Dining Plan. Merchandise or photo-imaging products that may be offered at Character Dining experiences are also not included.

How do I cancel or modify a dining reservation at Walt Disney World Resort?

You can cancel or modify your dining reservation online. Restaurants offering advance reservations do not allow modifications within 2 hours of the reservation time, and most charge a $10 per-person fee to cancel within 2 hours of the reservation time, or if you don’t show up for your reservation. Each restaurant’s policies are provided when you make your reservation. If you’ve already booked, the policies can be found in your confirmation email. The experiences below have different modifications or cancellation policies. At Most Character Dining, Buffets, Dinner Shows and Special Dining Events: The price range reflects the cost of an entire adult meal with nonalcoholic beverages. At Cinderella's Royal Table: The price range reflects the cost of an adult meal, plus tax and gratuity. At Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue: The price range reflects the cost of an adult meal with select beer and wine, plus tax and gratuity. Select snack kiosks and concession stands across Walt Disney World Resort are cashless and accept only debit or credit cards, Disney Gift Cards or mobile payments.
